Is There An Ipod Touch App That Has A Database Of Restaurants And Reviews And Such?

I am looking for an app for the ipod touch that has a database of restaurants and all of their information. I am sure there is 1 out there because a lot of other people would desire to know.
If there is 1 could anyone tell me the name of it? Thank you!

   There are multiply apps that have restaurants in your area and review.
   Here are a some:
   Fast Food - Top Restaurant finder -Free
   Local Eats - $0.99
   Restaurant Ratingz - ?
   Urbanspoon - Free
   Urbanspoon is the best i believe.

   I would recommend Yelp, it contains restaurants, their locations and people make their own reviews about them and rate stars* out of 5. It’s a free app from the app store. you can also make your own commentaries about restaurants.
