Ive got the same one with heaps of apps from the appstore
Just open the itunes store in your itunes then select the appstore button
you can search for free ones if you want (theve got heaps)
once you ‘buy’ it will be in your itunes under applications and can sinc to your ipod
If youve got a router (wifi) you can also do it straight from your ipod

Yeah just download the program in to your itunes, sync up your ipod and it will download to your ipod
Also if anyone is interested in a free ipod, try this site http://yourfreevideoipod.tk/
I started using this awesome site about a year ago and it really works. It is completely legitimate, search up TraInn on google.

Be on your home screen of your ipod and there will be a button called “App Store”. You have to have an internet connection to be in the store but not all games need internet.
Some good free ones are:
Tap tap
Scoops
MazeFinger
FS5 Hockey
PAC-MAN lite
iBall3D
Doodler
