a pretty simple way of doing it is to buy a flashdrive put the songs on the flashdrive and put it on the other computer. it will not take the song off the other computer it will just copy it onto the flashdrive.

there is a free download of a system called idump
It is safe for your computer as well
www.idump.com
All you have to do is download the program on the computer , then plug in the ipod. it will start to load all the songs in the system and you could pick and choose which songs you want to save to the computer . Thsi process is really , really simple too.
Then open up itunes once your done saving the songs to the cmputer and then go to file - add folder to library-
pick the folder you saved the songs too and this will add all the songs to the library.
then just sync and your all set
hope this helps .
